The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 50 days in preferring the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 15.02.2024 in S.T.C.No.477 of 2018 passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam, Nagapattinam District.

2. Mrs.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that she has no objection for this petition being allowed.
