The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to issue necessary 'C' declaration forms to the petitioner.

2.Mr.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax) appearing for the respondent submitted that in the event of the petitioner submitting a representation before the respondent for issuance of necessary 'C' declaration forms, the respondent may be directed to issue the same within the stipulated time.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent for issuance of necessary 'C' Declaration forms and on submission of the representation, the respondent is directed to issue the necessary 'C' Declaration form to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of the representation by the petitioner. 4.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
