This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.10.2017.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has already sought for similar prayer in Crl.O.P.No.21665 of 2017 and this Court had also ordered the same on 12.10.2017. In view of the earlier order, the present petition seeking for registering the complaint may not be maintainable.
