ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 05.05.2021 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A)(ii) of TNP Act r/w 6 and 7 of TNRS Rules Act 2000 in Crime No.189 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was in possession of 80 cans each containing 5 liters of ID Arrack. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had nothing to do with the alleged offence as stated by the prosecution and they are in judicial custody from 05.05.2021. Hence, he learned counsel prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there was 18 previous cases pending against the petitioner and there was a Goondas proposal against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there was 18 previous cases pending against the petitioner and there was a Goondas proposal against the petitioner, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
