Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a proceedings of the Director General of Police, Tamilnadu dated 22.06.2016 and submitted that petition dated 22.03.2012 mentioned in the said proceedings and the appeal dated 10.05.2012, which is sought to be disposed of in this Writ Petition, are one and the same and it arises against the same PR No.83/2005.
