PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent police to take action on the 3rd to 7th respondent under land grabbing act and to give police protection to the petitioner property at Old Paimash No.6/10, 6/11, 621, 635 & 636 and New Survey No.73/1 & 2 bearing Plot No.1 to an extent of 2200 Sq.ft in approved layout LPDM/DDTPNO.99/74 at Adambakkam Village.

This Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents police to take action on the other respondents under land grabbing act and to give police protection to the petitioner's property at Old Paimash No.6/10, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6/11, 621, 635 & 636 and New Survey No.73/1 & 2 bearing Plot No.1 to an extent of 2200 Sq.ft in approved layout LPDM/DDTPNO.99/74 at Adambakkam Village.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.614 of 2017 was issued, and on enquiry it was found that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 7.

3. It is seen that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 7. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the civil court concerned for appropriate relief.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
