This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.34 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur for the present.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has applied for the certified copy of the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.34 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur.

3.In view of the same, the production of the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.34 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur is dispensed with for the present.
