By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he passed Higher Secondary Examination and has secured 773 marks out of 1200 and registered his name with the jurisdictional Employment Exchange on 6.7.2001, vide Registration No.TMD2001M00006474, and he has also qualified himself as an Electrician by undergoing the course in Industrial Training Institute and was working as a Fitter for fabrication work in Sri Vigneshwara Engineering & Electrical Works at Bangalore, and he has got practical experience, and consequently, he is fully qualified for selection to the post of Office Assistant, for which interview was held on 29.6.2015.

3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that in spite of his participation in the personal interview on 5.8.2015, he has not been communicated with the result of selection so far and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent.

5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
