This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.410 of 2017 before the competent Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
