ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the memo dated 23.05.2018 and consequently direct the first respondent not to pass any final order in proceedings NA.KA.U. (1)/5282/2014 till the disposal of his memo dated 23.05.2018. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a memo dated 23.05.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the memo would be considered before passing any orders by the respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the Memo dated 23.05.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and thereafter pass appropriate order in Proceeding NA.KA.U.(1)/5282/2014. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
