(The case has been heard through video conference) These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.13934 &13937 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent on all working days at 10.30 a.m, except Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 13934 &13937 of 2020 dated 11.09.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
