ORDER

The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by K.Bharathi Reddy and Himavarsh, both died intestate on 31.01.2022. The petitioner is the daughter of deceased K.Bharathi Reddy and sister of deceased Himavarsh.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificates of the deceased K.Bharathi Reddy and Himavarsh, as 1/4

Exs.P2 and P4. The death certificate of the petitioner's father has been marked as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased K.Bharathi Reddy, has been marked as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P3 shows that the petitioner is the only Class-I legal heir of the deceased K.Bharathi Reddy. The petitioner being the sister of deceased Himavarsh is the Class-II legal heir. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner for the grant, in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No Petitioner's witness:
