(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) This civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 06.6.2016 made in O.A.No.153 of 2008 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal - I, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

3. It appears that the parties have come before this Court seeking some directions, as there was no Presiding Officer in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and that they had to go to Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Allahabad. In the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

meanwhile, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal started functioning at Chennai and it is submitted that the matter will be taken up by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal on 29.6.2017 for hearing.

4. In view of the above, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal is directed to take up the matter on 29.6.2017 and shall decide the matter in accordance with law, including the grant of any interim order. The interim order of status quo, granted earlier, shall continue till 29.6.2017.

5. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.13656 of 2016 is closed.
