This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents herein to furnish the living/residing address of wife M.Bhuvaneswari @ Bhuvi.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is seen that the petitioner married with one Bhuvaneswari @ Bhuvi and thereafter she was missing. Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent enquired and found that his wife is not interested in living with the petitioner. While that being so, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondents on 05.09.2020 to furnish her whereabouts.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner enquiry was conducted and the same was closed that his wife was not known. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be maintainable and the writ petition itself no merits.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh complaint for missing of his wife in the manner known to law.
