J U D G M E N T

Both the learned counsels would represent that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Medication Centre, and a Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties along with the report of the mediation has been filed. 2.Hence, there will be a decree in terms of the Memorandum Of Compromise in the suit.
