It is seen that this Writ Petition was already dismissed for nonprosecution on 08.02.2018 and thereafter, this Writ Petition was restored vide order dated 22.03.2018 in W.M.P.No.7094 of 2018 in W.P.No.29216 of 2017.

Thereafter, when the matter came up before this Court on 24.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners and this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 11.12.2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that the following endorsement has been made by the Registry in the notice paper dated 08.12.2023 :- " RR1 to RR8 Batta returned (deficit). Not yet re-presented. No appearance. Not ready."
