The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2019 and pass orders to delete the wrong entry made in the revenue records in favour of the third respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respect of land measuring 2.04 acres comprised in survey No.61/2 of Idipalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue joint patta to the petitioner and the petitioner's brother namely Narayanappa, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.T.Vedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein, and after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
