Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order made in C.No.J1/43619/2015 D.O.266/2016 dated 18.03.2016 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attended benefits.
