K.Shibu and Others ... Respondents ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that the movie by name 'Mumbaikar' was released as early as on 02.06.2023 itself and therefore, O.A.No.466 of 2023 filed by the applicant seeking for interim injunction restraining the respondents from releasing the aforementioned film has now become infructuous. Learned counsel for the applicant also agrees with the same. However, he seeks to file a fresh application to secure the interest of the applicant in the near future. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection, if such a liberty is granted to the applicant.

2. In view of the fact that the film (Mumbaikar) has already been released, the prayer sought for in O.A.No.466 of 2023 has now become infructuous.
