ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.13649 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m and till further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
