O R D E R
This petition has been filed for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit O.S.No.199 of 2012 pending on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Salem expeditiously within a time to be fixed by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the respondent does not have any objection for fixing a time and issuing a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within the time thus fixed.
3. The above said submissions are recorded. From a perusal of a copy of the docket orders produced along with the petition, this Court is also satisfied that it is a fit case in which, such direction has to be given. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the II Additional District Munsif Court, Salem is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.199 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
