ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, in Crime No.423 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 5.500 kg of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are five previous cases pending as against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are five previous cases similar in nature pending as against the petitioner and the petitioner is the habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
