This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the second respondent to authenticate two service certificates viz., 07.11.2016 and 08.11.2016.
The learned counsel for the first respondent is present. A memo has been stated to have been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to show that he has given change of vakalat and the petitioner has taken up all the case records. However, the said memo is not signed by the petitioner and hence, no importance can be given for the same.
As seen from the records, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner on an earlier occasion. Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", even then the Page No.2 of 4
petitioner is not being represented. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Costs made easy.
