According to the petitioners, they are unemployed and they applied for the post of Lecturer in Government Polytechnic College and, therefore, they filed a single writ petition before this Court under Rule 15

(1) of the Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per Rule 15 (1), the petitioners are entitled to file a single writ petition without payment of additional court fee.

3. Considering this factum and the petitioners status, the earlier order passed by this Court on 25.04.2022 in W.M.P.No.9580 of 2022 is modified to the effect that without payment of additional court fee, the petitioners are entitled to file single writ petition and the said petition is ordered accordingly.

4. Post the Writ Petition for admission, if it is otherwise in order, next week.
