ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent herein to issue house site patta to each of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioners herein for their respective each house site measuring about 3 cents of land situate in survey number 226 in Dr.Ambedkar Nagar, Pothur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.
3.In view of the limited prayer that has been sought for, I direct the petitioners to approach the 3rd respondent with an application for grant of patta in respect of the property, for which, they are claiming patta within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with necessary documents to show that they are in possession and enjoyment of the property, for which, they are seeking patta and on doing so, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider their claims on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
