PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to register the FIR in the above case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 26.07.2021 vide CSR No.459 of 2021 dated 27.07.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR in the above case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.07.2021 vide CSR No.459 of 2021 dated 27.07.2021.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has lodged a complaint along with CCTV footages to the respondent police and the same was received and CSR No.459 of 2021 has been assigned on 27.07.2021. Thereafter, the respondent police did not take any action. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against her daughter-inlaw and CSR No.459 of 2021 has been assigned. both of them were advised to approach the appropriate forum seeking redressal since it is a family dispute. 4.In view of the same, the criminal original petition is closed.
