These are the applications seeking to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the plaintiff and to set aside the abatement caused and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff. 2.Heard the learned counsel for both sides. The learned counsel for the the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing these applications.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and consequently, all the applications are allowed as prayed for.
