Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to dispense with the filing of the certified copy of the 1st respondent's impugned corrigendum in ref.CBSE/RO (M)/CONF/RE-EVAL/XII/2020 dated 29.09.2020 (IN WMP.No.17933 of 2020).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this writ miscellaneous petition to participate in the counselling based on the marks obtained by her after revaluation. This Court will not be able to give such interim direction, since if ultimately the petitioner fails in the writ petition, the seat alloted to her based on revaluation marks will go waste. petition. Ultimately, if the petitioner succeeds in the main writ petition, appropriate orders can be passed by this Court. Accordingly this writ miscellaneous petition is closed. 2.
