This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police Station on alternative days at 10.00 A.M for one month without fail' imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram, in Crl.M.P.No.633 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram;

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.633 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 is modified to effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police Station once in every 15 days at 10.00 A.M without fail'.
