The petitioner is accused in C.C.No.17 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate- II, Erode. For his non-appearance, nonbailable warrant was issued on 28.1.2014. This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode to consider the application to recall the warrant on the same day.
2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the Judicial Magistrate II, Erode to consider the application for recall of warrant on the date of filing of the said petition and pass orders.
