This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.9,000/-(Rupees Nine thousand only). According to them, the appeal has been filed aggrieved by the dismissal of the claim petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. However, it is made clear that in the event of this Court awards any compensation amount, the petitioner/appellant shall pay the requisite court fee for the enhanced amount before obtaining the order copy.
