This application has been filed to receive the additional documents vis., 1. Advertisement published in Thinathanthi for sale of suit property and

2. Letter dated 27.03.2010 sent to the plaintiff enclosing Original provision certificate on the conformity of the CMDA norms and draft sale deed, in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that those documents are relevant to this case and prays to allow this application.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that those documents are irrelevant to this case and they are not even ready to enter into the box to adduce evidence and with a view to drag on the proceedings, they have filed this application and hence strongly opposed to allow this application.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents in allowing this application, this application is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.

6. The matter is referred to the Additional Master-II for recording evidence from both the parties.

7. The parties are directed to extend their co-operations for recording evidence as early as on or before 19.07.2022.

8. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the deposition and documents if any marked by both the parties.
