Petitioner seeks a direction to learned XII Small Causes Judge at Chennai to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.1390 of 2014 within a stipulated time. C.T.SELVAM, J

2. A perusal of the records of adjudication of the case provided by the petitioner informs much delay. It is seen that the RCOP is at the stage of arguments. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no interim applications are pending in this case. Seeking early disposal of the case, the present revision has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs learned XII Small Causes Judge at Chennai to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.1390 of 2014 within one month from the date of receipt of this Order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
