2 STATE REP BY THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH-I, TEAM-4, EDF-II, VEPERY, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.296/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to cancel the Anticipatory bail order dated 08.04.2021 granted to the 1st respondent in Crl.O.P.No.18677/2020 passed by this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail order dated 08.04.2021 granted to the first respondent/ accused in Crl.O.P.No.18677 of 2020 passed by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.On 08.04.2021, this Court closed the criminal original petition by observing that "If the petitioner failed to comply with the compromise arrived at before the Mediation Centre, the defacto https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complainant shall proceed further in accordance with law." 4.It appears that the terms of compromise has not been complied with. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition. Since the criminal original petition was closed, cancellation of bail does not arise.

5.In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy before the law enforcing agency.
