2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 06.06.2023, has granted bail to the petitioner. However, a typographical error has crept in the para 1 of the order copy.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 1 of the order shall be read as follows: " The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.05.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 511 of IPC r/w Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)A of NDPS Act, 1985 in connection with Crime No.463 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail".
