Respondents Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Court at Vaniyambadi to dispose the suit in O.S.No.170 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court at Vaniyambadi within a time frame fixed by this Court and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed for issuance of a direction to dispose of the f suit in O.S.No.170 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court at Vaniyambadi within a time frame .

2. The facts of the case is that the subject property was the ancestral property of the petitioner and there was some dispute in the said property with the respondents herein. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents herein with an intention to grab the subject property, colluded with the Revenue officials and created some forged documents and the same was also registered, hence the petitioner filed the O.S.170 of 2015 to cancel those forged documents. However, the O.S.170 of 2015 was pending till date. Hence this petition,

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an I.A No.1048 of 2015 in O.S.No.170 of 2015 restraining the respondents from interfering the subject property and the same was ordered in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that the 2/4

respondents herein are not interested to settle the issue and they are dragging the proceedings unnecessarily. Hence he prays this Court to issue a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the above O.S as early as possible.

5. In view of the above, the learned Principal District Judge is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.170 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court at Vaniyambadi, Thiruvallur within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
