This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.02.2015.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner entered into an agreement of sale with Kannadasan, Vasantha, Chandrakala and Malathi for the purchase of a house for a consideration of Rs.42 lakhs and initially paid Rs.7.5 lakhs and later Rs.14 lakhs and also Rs.2.5 lakhs and now the said persons refused to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and also threatened that they would sell the property to some other person.
