The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner pending on the file of the 1st respondent dated 22.08.2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint dated 22.08.2013 given by the petitioner is under enquiry and that the petitioner is required to produce some documents in connection with the case.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to produce the necessary documents called for by the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the Investigating Officer and the 1st respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be registered following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
