PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records in impugned order of dismissal made in No.DO.DA.CM(KSGS):VIG:File 8636:6734/2015-16 dated 30.01.2016 passed by the Chief Manager/Disciplinary Authority Indian Overseas Bank, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002 and confirm the order passed by the Deputy General Manager/Appellate Authority, Indian Overseas Bank, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002 the second respondent herein made in No.DO:VIG:DGM(SP) AA:8636/944/2016-17 dated 27.05.2016 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into services with backwages and attendent benefits to secure the ends of the justice.
