This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register complaint dated 10.08.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 10.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.08.2016.
