] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal before this Court against the order 19.02.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial Cases SC/ST (PoA) Act at Cuddalore.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
