JUDGMENT

This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.446 of 2025 by the Special Judge at Mayiladuthurai, under SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai and to allow the criminal appeal by enlarging the appellant on bail.

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
