O R D E R
Petitioner seeks a direction to learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the case in O.S.No.370 of 2007 within a stipulated time.
2. This suit has been filed by the plaintiffs for partition of the suit property. A perusal of the record of adjudication of the case provided by the petitioner informs much delay. It is seen that the case has been adjourned for filing of additional written statement by the defendants. Seeking early disposal of the case, the present revision has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the case in O.S.No.370 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of five months from the date of receipt of this Order.
