2. Condition has been imposed by the learned Principal Session Judge of Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu while granting bail.

3. Since the date of imposition, as on date, petitioner is regularly complying with the condition. Now he is suffering out of health problem. Medical certificate produced.

4. Considering the above aspects, ordered as under:- (i) Petition is allowed.

(ii) Condition relaxed in toto.
