ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2328 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials on record.

3. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual aspects which cannot be appreciated by this Court and it is all matter of evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.

5. Accordingly, the presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with before the trial Court except for receiving the copies, initial questioning, questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C and any other date fixed by the trial Court and at the time of passing judgment.
