2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3676 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.832 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further order is relaxed.
