The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondent / Department has passed an order on 09.11.2020. Since the respondent / Department has taken a decision and passed an order on 09.11.2020, the relief for Writ of Mandamus is not entertainable. Therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition lost its relevance on account of the subsequent order passed by the respondent / Department. If any grievance exist, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority in the manner known to law.
