ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner had lent money to the proposed accused and in respect of which, the proposed accused has also given a cheque. Hence,the transaction appears to be civil in nature. Therefore, no direction can be issued.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
