Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner himself submits that the case in Cr.No.174 of 2015 has been registered after she has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
