The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 141 days in preferring the Criminal Revision as against the order dated 19.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.1132 of 2023 of the Principal District and Sessions Court Salem.

2. Though name of the respondent was printed in the cause list, he has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
